You would think that after all this time he would have learned how to conduct himself as a credible and intelligible politician. Bob Penta cannot go more than 5 minutes without shouting at and attacking either his fellow council-colleagues or private citizens speaking at the podium. It’s true; we timed it with a stopwatch. On Average, Penta raised his voice every 5 minutes. This is not something you see at nearby communities’ city council meetings. In Malden and Revere, the councilors seem to be setting some of the best example on how to conduct themselves in a professional and effective style. Their meetings are orderly, concise, and cordial. It’s the kind of in-out that you would expect from a law abiding elected body. But not in Medford!

Mr. Penta asks questions that only make sense in his warped mind. Mr. Penta only thinks he is right on everything, even on things he isn’t nearly as qualified to be right about. Which brings us to the next issue: what are Bob Penta’s qualifications anyway? Well, if the archetypal politician consists of lies, shady pasts, extreme one-sided views, and comb-overs, then Penta is the poster child.

For that matter, Bob weighed out the consequences and admitted to cheating. The punishment for this act was that he would never be allowed to take the Bar exam again, thus rendering his dream of being the next Perry Mason, just that, a dream, never to be accomplished.

This is the kind of man Medford has ruining the city: a cheater and liar.
