Senate OKs Miller as US attorney
Eric Miller was approved as the next United States attorney for Vermont on Wednesday by the Senate. Sen. Patrick J. Leahy, D-Vt., said he is confident Miller will be outstanding as the top federal prosecutor in Vermont — the 37th person to hold the post.
