Starbucks isn’t the only company to offer to pay for most, if not all, of the tuition costs to send its employees to college. Here’s a look at some other companies that offer to pay anywhere from $5,000 per year to 90% of tuition costs for their employees.

The defense technology giant will pay up to 100% of college tuition for employees for approved majors, including graduate degrees.

The accounting giant covers up to $10,000 per year in advanced degree costs, provided employees have given the company two years of service and will commit to returning to the company after they receive their degree.
